Hello and Welcome!

When booking your appointment, please ensure you are selecting the right session type (adult versus adolescent; in person versus video). If you are booking for a minor make sure the appointment is booked under the minors name (you can create linked family accounts to receive copies of receipts, book sessions, receive notifications etc.)

Make sure to fill out the Respiratory Illness/COVID-19 pre-screen survey before your in-person appointment. We request that you arrive to your appointment no earlier than 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment to a phone or video session if you are feeling ill or unwell.

If you have questions or need to change or cancel an appointment, please connect with your individual therapist directly by phone or email.

Note: We are not able to provide emergency response services. If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis situation, call the Distress Centre 24 Crisis Line at 403-266-4357, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is a collaborative one-on-one process where you can explore your goals, values, work towards changing thinking or behaviour patterns, and improve the overall quality of your life.

Adolescent Counselling

Adolescent counselling is provided in a collaborative one-on-one setting. Parents are an important part of the therapeutic process and are included in sessions where appropriate. Counselling for adolescents can help to make sense of emotions, behaviours and thoughts.

Founder, APPS

Welcome! I’m Ashley, a Registered Psychologist and the founder of APPS. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating eating disorders, OCD, trauma, anxiety, and body image concerns. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative—I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen and supported.

I integrate DBT, CBT, and ACT alongside somatic practices, intuitive eating, and trauma-informed care to help clients reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe and sustainable. My practice is weight-inclusive/weight-neutral, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and grounded in the belief that every individual deserves care that honours their unique experiences.

If you’re ready to start your journey toward healing, I’d love to support you. Feel free to book a consultation—I look forward to meeting you!
